Established in 2023, Evolve Lettings Limited is an independent agency specialising in the letting and management of residential properties in Yorkshire and offers a new and exciting alternative to traditional high street letting agencies and online agents. Created with a firm focus on delivering exceptional customer service and with a view to bettering the lettings experience for both landlords and tenants across the region.

We are well known and highly respected professionals with a passion for property in the area that we are privileged to call home. We have excellent local knowledge and over 40 years combined experience of selling, letting and investing in properties in Yorkshire.
Isabelle Benz -
Director for the Whitby & Wetherby Branch
Having completed my degree in Education, life took me in a different direction which introduced me to the world of property, working as an Estate Agent for an independent agency in North Yorkshire - which I loved. A few years later I relocated to Newton Kyme & then York after securing the opportunity to run a large, privately owned property portfolio, managing all of the maintenance and tenants for properties across the Leeds, Wetherby & York area.
In the Autumn of 2024 we rebranded what was Astin's Lettings to match Evolve. Having worked in the background of the Whitby business since I was 14 this has been an exciting move to make.
As a founding Director of Evolve, I operate day to day as Operations Director and, I oversee all operational aspects of the company ensuring tenancies and all maintenance issues run as smoothly as possible. I’m also not ashamed to admit I have a love for creating floorplans and taking photos of all of our wonderful properties.
I am a Mum of two to Hayze & Aria, with a third on the way, who keep me very busy, as well as Bonnie, Storm & Thumper our family pets. Along with my partner Rob, we love to plan adventures across the UK, having recently bought a tent to give camping a go. As well as my family in Bramham, my European roots allow me to enjoy snowy ski holidays in the French Alps whilst also visiting my extended family there.

Born and bred a North Yorkshire boy from Pickering, I’ve
lived in York most of my adult life, apart from a brief spell in Lancashire for
University. I live in West York with my wife, daughter, and son, just a
short commute from our wonderful office in Bramham.
I started my career in the leisure industry, having completed a degree in the subject, but then spent several years in the insurance industry, before stepping into property 14 years ago. My first job in property was as a Relationship Manager, managing several large landlord portfolios nationwide. I then moved to Wetherby, working for a leading letting agent as a Senior Lettings Consultant for almost 10 years, where I have established many long-lasting relationships with local property owners, forming a good local reputation, and making West Yorkshire my second home.
Neil Bramma –

After working for many years for a Leeds based company in Product Design/Animation, the opportunity arose for me to have an exciting change of career path and manage the maintenance for a local property portfolio.
Joining Evolve as the newest member of the team, I assist with the day to day running of all things property maintenance. I am a qualified Legionella Inspector and can turn my hand to fixing a range of maintenance jobs, using skills and techniques I’ve learnt, priding myself in providing an efficient and friendly service.
When I’m not at work, I love to spend time in the great outdoors or down at the gym and keeping up to my allotment garden and when possible, travel with my wife (and sometimes with my grown up kids!)
Richard Bramma and Liz Astin – Company Directors
With over 30 years of experience in business across a variety of fields, including the world of property, Richard and Liz decided to set up their own Lettings and Property Management company.
Always keen to tackle something new, they have been very much involved in finding the right people with the best experience and local knowledge to create Evolve and set new and higher standards within the Letting Industry.
In their downtime they are both loyal Leeds Rhinos fans, love their garden, travel when they can and in and amongst are very active grandparents!
Bonnie Benz – Well-being Lead
My name is Bonnie, or Bonnie Booner as called by my small human owners and I am a bouncy and loving 5 year old Cavapoo.
I was begged to join the team and take on the very important role of Well-being Lead, which means it is my job to make sure everyone is happy and feeling their best. I have a very waggy tail, no sense of personal space and love a tummy rub.
When I’m not busy being front of house in the office, I have a large collection of tennis balls which I guard with my life and chase around the garden. I also love going on walks with my family and having a snooze on the sofa with Storm, my cat at least I think she's my cat but I might be her dog?!

Our sister agent, Astins with Evolve is one of Whitby’s longest established estate and letting agents and has been providing a bespoke, first-class service to clients in Whitby and surrounding villages for over 30 years.
Whitby Holiday Cottages also forms part of our group bolstering our property offering across the Yorkshire region. Our team here only deal with Visit England Star Rated properties mirroring the high standards and excellent customer service levels demonstrated cross the group.
